To use a Family membership for Apple Music:
- You first need to set up Family Sharing.
- When you join Apple Music, choose a Family membership.
- When your family members join Apple Music, they need to use the same Apple ID that they used to join Family Sharing.
- After they join Apple Music and sign in with their Apple ID, they will automatically be added to your Family membership.
- You can also change to a Family membership after you join.

Nov 2, 2015 1:51 AM in response to Louie_V617by Roger Wilmut1,As I understand it a family account is $14.99 per month for the entire family (single-person accounts are $9.99) so you should not have been charged three more times. You should contact Support.
Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click 'See all products and services', then ' 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'.
