Will I lose my photos/messages when I get a screen replacement?

I cracked my screen on my iphone 6 and it is unusable. I am going to get it replaced tomorrow but will my photos/messages be alright? I am unable to upload them onto my computer because I need to enter my passcode which I can't. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

iPhone 6, iOS 9.1

If you are just getting a screen replacement that should not bother any of your data on your phone since that is stored in the memory (Which you are not replacing). So soon as the screen is replaced, given the fact they are still giving you your actual phone and not a refurbished one) then all your photos and such will still be on the phone when you get it back. Just make sure to make a back up whenever you have important information. I have my set to iCloud so that way when I charge it at night it backs up my phone ever night.

Apple's standard policy for any repair or service is they are not responsible, at all, for your data. If they need to restore the device as part of their service they will do so. Their policy is that it is up to you to secure your data and they are not responsible nor liable for any data lost that may be incurred as a result of repairing a device. That policy is stated in their web site and applies to every single device they sell that has any capacity to store user data.

ANytime you you bring any device in to Apple for service, you should back up your data beforehand. If it's broken in such a manner you cannot backup, then Apple's response is still the same, as you should be backing up regularly and frequently. Your data is your concern, not theirs.

Just fair warning that they make no promise at all to safeguard your data.
