Q: Unknown error occurred -3014
I have replaced my hosts file, disabled anti-virus, disabled firewall, connected hard wire to the internet. I cannot update iphone software.
I am on Windows 7.
I am on IOS 8.2, trying to get to 9.1.
My last 4-5 attempts to perform a software update have failed.
I can hardly imagine that my experience is unique. I know various people have posted about 'unknown error' and 3014. But I have read them all and do not find anything to resolve my problem. Other than 'give up on Windows, buy an iMac' - I'm pretty clueless. If anyone has a suggestion, that would be wonderful.
