Why cant i download a free app without a payment required?
I Was trying to download a free app and it wont let me get it without a payment. Is there any way this can be resolved?

If you are using the iTunes Store or App Store for the first time with an existing Apple ID, you will need to provide a payment method. After you have created the account, you can change your payment information to None.
