It sounds like your audio isn't playing back correctly in iTunes on your PC. I would start by checking for third party plugins that might be interfering. The following article shows where to go to install them, but you can just as easily remove them as well:

If that is not the case I would next recommend uninstalling iTunes with this article, and reinstalling it. There is a specific order in which to do this, so just follow the article step by step:
