Q: How can I get a refund for an App that does not appear on my list of purchased apps, so therefore I don't have an order number?

I have purchased a game cold Stronghold 3 for the amount that appeared to be £4.09 at that time but for some reason is now listed on the right side under the information column as Price £22.99.

I can not explain why the price box indicate what seems to be the size of the game 4.09 gb. instead of the actually price.

Also the App was bought on the 18.10.15 but it doesn't appear on my bank record or my iTunes Purchase History and I don't sim to find the email confirming the transaction, which made me more to believe that it must have been some sort of error at the time.

This price of £22.99 is too much for me to pay for a simple game with so poor reviews, not to mention single player only.

So please advise what I must do for the priced amount to remain in my account, or in the case they where already taken, to have them refunded !
