However, there is usually no reason to do this.

There is a language change button at the bottom of the Apple Support pages.

Unless your OS is not in English and the button names do not exactly translate into the English words noted in the English instructions.
Can you find the Network Account Server button labeled "connect" in your Users & Groups system preferences?
