how can i to allow (enable) mixed content in Safari v9.0.1

I am having problems with viewing images on a website. the url opens and views as it should. When i click an asset on the website, the next page opens blank.

I work on a Macbook Pro, Yosemite, Safari v9.0.1. Someone told me to enable mixed content in Safari/ preferences. i cannot find how to do it in Safari v9.0.1. Can anyone help?

MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.53 GHz), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Sorry to note that this didn't help.

This is the way to allow mixed contents when images are not viewable.

The particular site you are referring to, may have its own requirements.

Try this.

1. Empty Caches

Safari > Preference > Advanced

Checkmark the box beside "Show Develop menu in menu bar".

Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.

Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the dropdown.

2. Delete Cookies

Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and other website data:

Click the “Details” button.

Remove all cookies except ones from Apple, your internet service provider and banks.

3. Disable Extensions and test.

Safari > Preferences > Extensions

Uncheck the boxes beside “Enable Extension” and test.

Enable Extensions one by one and test.

To uninstall any extension, select it and click the “Uninstall” button.

Best.

In Chrome and Firefox, to be able to view mixed content, you can go to the shield or similar icon in the URL field to manually unlock what the browser is blocking (which is http:// content within an https:// site). Chrome's verbiage used to be "Load unsafe script" (not sure what it is now), and Firefox's is "Disable protection for now." I can't find any similar method in Safari. I cannot use Safari to view sites needed to complete aspects of my job unless there is a way to access mixed content on Safari. The suggestions I've seen here so far do not address this issue.
