new episodes are not posting to iTunes

I posted a new episode ( Episode 44) on 10/27 but the episode is not showing up in iTunes. The new episode was pushed to all subscribers.

The feed appears to be OK and episode 44 appears when you subscribe in the iTunes application. The episode was posted on October 27th; normally episodes appear in 1-2 days, though sometimes the Store appears to get 'stuck' and it takes longer (there was a patch of this a week or two back).

It will probably sort itself out eventually; you can try contacting Support though I can't promise you will get a helpfulo answer. Go to https://itunespodcasts.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and click the disclosure triangle at the right of the 'Choose a topic' field - choose 'Other' and proceed from there.

I contacted iTunes because they were not posting episodes from a CW show on time, they blamed the CW. It was not them. Then they were not positing an ABC show, they blamed ABC but Amazon does not seem to be having trouble getting episodes on time. Since I do not watch that many shows it may be happening with many more. Obviously something is wrong in the department that is supposed to upload episodes. I have written them 3 times. I just do not know how to make Apple aware that this is a big problem.

I assume you are talking about podcasts: iTunes can only read what is the the feed. If the authors of podcasts don't include episodes in the feed then they won't appear for subscribers. The Store itself can take some time to catch up with episodes since it checks the feeds periodically. You can subscribe to a podcast to compare what you see in iTunes with what you see in the Store. If you don't see an episode when subscribing then it's most likely not in the feed.

However if the recordings you are talking about are purchased series in the iTunes Store then you are asking in the wrong forum and should ask in the iTunes forum. It's also better to start your own thread than tacking onto a thread which is not directly related to your problem.
