I forgot my iphone 5S backup encrypted password ,okay .

I forgot my iPhone 5S backup encrypted password ,okay . but that's okay with me i don't need that backup you know , the problem is I want to make a new backup and I am unable to uncheck encrypt my backup box , because this time I don't want to use any password for backing up MY IPHONE 5S which I bought by My Hard earned Money , so the thing is I I want to back up my phone with zero protection , because you know some times if you encrypt or use some protection and as a prone to do mistake human tendency we/I might forget the password , so this time I thought of no using any encryption so that I can use my loving phone with so many loving messages from my girlfriend and so many other things you know notes also , but I am not able to UNCHECK that so can you guys so called GENIUS help me with this So THAT I DON'T LOSE ANY OF MY DATA ON THE PHONE AND I SUCCESSFULLY BACKUP MY LOVELY LONG TERM USED DATA YOU KNOW MOTHERS AND GIRLFRIENDS MESSAGES ALL THAT DATA WITHOUT ANNOYING ENCRYPTION
