Apple Music replace uploaded songs

Hi, I think that the possibility of uploading local songs on iCloud Music Library is great, in the way you can integrate Apple Music catalog with songs that are missing. Unluckily, it doesn't work from for me: if I upload a live album, when I'll play it on a device, Apple Music will play the same songs but in the studio version. Often remixes are replaced with original versions, single edits with album versions and so on.

It's like Apple Music is only interested in playing the correct tracklists but not in playing the correct tracks. Is this a bug or is it the way it's supposed to work?

I have already tried the most obvious stuff (editing the original mp3s metadata in iTunes, deleting the wrong songs from iTunes and adding them again, deleting them from iCloud Music Library and uploading them again, etc...) but the problem persist.

MacBook Pro with El Captain 10.11.1, iTune 12.3.1.23, iPhone 4s and iPand mini with iOs 9.1.

Yes, it is a know bug. I have been dealing with an Senior Apple Tech since the release of AM trying to figure out ways around it. Hopefully they will work it out soon.

One "solution" that was mentioned in a thread here and does work (though a bit of a PIA) is to rename the artist's name. I changed several albums by The Who to "The WhoO" and re-added them to my iCloud Music Library. Obviously they could not be "matched", so they were just uploaded. Then the right versions played on my other devices. Apparently Apple's logarithm for "matching" is based only on Artist's Name and Track Title, not the length of the song or the album name.
