IiPhone 6s with 9.01 There is a blue dot on the upper left of the screen, just under the signal strength indicator.

I also see it on my Ipad Air 2. It is not on my wife's iphone 6 or Ipad Air 1. Seems to have something to do with selecting text to magnify it...the blue dot changes position sometimes but always ends up on top left.
Are you sure it's not part of your background image?
Not part of the background. will post a picture. Appears mostly on the home screen, and a couple other apps. It is half off the screen and if I can press on it, half of the enlarged text box appears. Sometimes it goes away, but eventually returns. In the picture, it is just under the verizon strength indicator,
might be part of accessibility, do you have any of those on?
Mine does this too all of q sudden. Any ideas on what it is?
