Hi. I have Macbook Pro bought in August 2012. I changed my hard drive with SSD few months back. Recently hard disk crash and dead. Now in other hard drive the OS is not installing. I do with all Command+R key. It start loading the OS but after an hour in the middle of progress bar. It shuts down then again showing that question mark folder.

If you try Internet recovery, you will be reinstalling the original OSX which probably is Lion.
You will need a solid Internet connection.

Thanks but I did this many times. Some time installation completed but most of the time not and after that restart and comes that question mark folder. I tried with 2 new hard drive. Any hardware issue???
Did you boot the MBP with the OPTION + COMMAND + R keys (not just the COMMAND + R Keys)?
If not, try it again and check the instructions in my prior link.
If yes, can you boot into the recovery partition and get this menu?
If so, select Disk Utility and run Disk Utility>First Aid.
If the disk cannot be repaired, it will have to be replaced.

The ribbon cable connecting the drive to the logic board is probably damaged or loose.
