Q: Airplay to Apple TV 4 lagging from iMac. Did not do the same with Apple TV 2!

Hi. I have a brand new iMac (latest 27" 5K model). I am Airplaying to the new Apple TV 4. It plays from quicktime for a minute or two then buffers. Did not do the same with older Apple TV 2!.
