Q: Wrong sequence settings (960x720) with 1080 media

So I have a 15 minute sequence that was created with the wrong sequence settings. The original footage is all 1280x1080, but the sequence settings are 960x720. Of course if I change the settings it's just smaller image in the viewer, even after re-rendering. I've also tried copying and pasting the sequence into a new sequence (again with proper settings) but get the same result. Is there an easy way to build a new sequence with the proper settings and just re-link the original 1280x1080 media?

Final Cut 7.0.3

Many Thanks,

Create a new sequence with the proper settings.

Return to the sequence with the incorrect settings. Click anywhere in it. Type Command + A to select all the clips.

Go to your newly created (empty) sequence with the correct settings. Click anywhere in it.

Type Command + V to paste all the clips.

If the clips do not fill the frame, then click anywhere in the timeline. Type Command + A to select all the clips.

Once the clips are selected, Right Click (Control Click) on any one of the selected clips and from the drop down menu choose Remove Attributes.

When the Remove Attributes Pane opens, Check the box for Basic Motion and Distort (if they are not grayed out) and click OK.

Thanks so much MtD! I knew it would be simple. Just have to go in a redo a couple motion effects on some still photos which I believe I can do by copying and pasting then scale up the clip.

    Thanks again.
