my iPhone 4s won't deliver messages to one number it says that they are being sent but the other person isn't getting them it will work for a few hours and then will just stop and the person can't get my messages but I can get there's they have an android phone i have not had a problem since a few updates ago I would be so happy if anyone might have a suggest as to what I can do to solve this. Thanks

SMS is a carrier feature, either you or your friend will need to call your phone carrier to resolve the issue.
TThe networks have said that there is nothing wrong on their sides so it put be something to do with the phone
