Q: Somtimes Will My wifi is connected ther is no intrnet i have to turn the wifi off then on many time to work good why???

i Get proplem befour i upgrade to ios 9.1

will iam using internet via wifi it seams to conecting and every thing is working very good but sudenly internet is got offline i have to turenthe wifi off then turen it on many time till it work good but somtimes it dosent work spically whell iam using waze (map app) it dosent work propurlly cuz coniction proplem and its hapend when iam using safari too what i have to do ???
