Save graphic created in Pages as an SVG

You have not said what version of Pages, or whether you are trying to create a vector svg.

Best is to export or print to pdf and then open that in something that can save to svg.

There is only one application that ships with OS X that can view (but not edit) SVG graphic files, and that is Safari, via drag and drop.

Otherwise, you will need something from this list (and there are more in the OS X App Store, or opensource):

• Affinity Designer (OS X App Store)
• Affinity Photo (OS X App Store)
• LibreOffice Draw (free) drag/drop on App icon
• GIMP for OS X

Add Gapplin [free] and DrawBerry [free] to convert to pdf, from the Mac Store and several vector Apps:
