Does anyone know if Max PC care is a legitimate Apple support company?

Assuming this is in response to a popup message, it and all such messages will be a scam. Do not interact with the message, or call any number presented.

It screams scam.

Read Phony "tech support" / "ransomware" popups and web pages.

Legitimate Apple Support can be found by clicking the Support tab at the top of every Apple web page.

The message implied it was an Apple/Safari legitimate site.

Those messages are absolute frauds and the people who create them are criminals. Their names can change by the hour.

Look at their Contact Us link on their website. There's an address in Canada and India. Google their location in Canada then look at Google street view. I'm seeing residential area. For your info, you'll probably start experiencing more scamming attempts while browsing the internet on your iPad. Feel free to post and ask if you're not sure what to do. Do not call scammers no matter how scary the pop up warning looks. Oh, btw, scammers will do everything they can to convince users they are legitimate.

Every single legitimate Apple authorized service provider is listed in Apple's web site. Use this page - https://locate.apple.com/ and change the country as necessary.

I'Ve been hacked by this company today and I paid 100 dollars for them to fix the problem they create

they are a complete scam. they are a group of hackers and thieves. they will try to convince you that they are legitimate. they are based in India with other addresses and other company names. they are under investigation.
