Nov 2, 2015 2:39 PM in response to tonytsai80by ChrisJ4203,According to the support document on call blocking, Block calls and block or filter messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, there is no mention of the ability to use wildcards for call blocking. I don't believe it is possible.

What do you mean by "wildcards"? This is the first time I'm using Apple Community, please excuse my lack of knowledge.
Thank you!

You might consider asking your cellular carrier if they provide this capability to block a group of numbers. The answer is probably "no", but it couldn't hurt to ask.
The other alternative (besides living with the annoying calls) is to enter ten thousand numbers into the iPhone's Block area.
