Nov 2, 2015 3:11 PM in response to The new Monkby rkaufmann87,What happens when you select "Continue"?

Nov 2, 2015 3:19 PM in response to rkaufmann87by The new Monk,Thanks .... hitting continue does indeed install the printer however when I trying to print I get the following message.
I did start the computer form a back up and the printing functions work perfectly. This indicates to me that something has happened in the current operating system and there is nothing wrong wit the network or the printer.
Thanks

Nov 2, 2015 3:26 PM in response to The new Monkby rkaufmann87,The printer appears to have been installed as a network printer using its IP address. First re-do the reset printing system, then please look in the printer's utilities to verify what the IP address is and follow the instructions in OS X: How to connect to an IP-based printer or AppleTalk printer via IP - Apple Support

Nov 2, 2015 3:39 PM in response to rkaufmann87by The new Monk,I should let you know that the printer has been that network address for years and as mentioned going to a back up made a few weeks ago all works perfectly. Others guys in my studio are able to print to this printer using the same parameters. It appears to be an issue with the OS.
Much appreciate your input.
