After updating to OS El Capitain, the app store application can not upload packages,it freezing on the step of authentification.My login and password are right i tested it on the https://appleid.apple.com/. What can i do?

I discovered a solution in one of Apple's support communities. Sadly I do not remember which one it was or who wrote it, as I serached so many hints. I hope he or she will excuse me.
Here is the solution for my problem:
Please note that it will delete your Apple ID account information for the current user and you will need to log in again.
sudo pkill -9 -f Account sudo rm $HOME/Library/Accounts/*
Open the App Store and log in
