I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your Mac. If you are having issues ejecting the disk currently in the machine, you may want to try holding down the trackpad or mouse button while restarting the computer, as noted in this article:
Get help with the slot-loading SuperDrive on your Mac computer - Apple Support
Once the disk is ejected, make sure that it is the original OS software shipped with the machine, or a full retail copy of a later OS (i.e. not the included software from a different machine or model):
Use the version of OS X that came with your Mac, or a compatible newer version - Apple Support
If you had updated your Mac to OS X 10.7 Lion and have not yet erased & reformatted the drive, you may also be able to reinstall Mac OS via the Restore function, as outlined here:
