After upgrading yesterday to OS 9,1, my iPad Retina makes only buzzing noises when I play a video, YouTube or a song. It's a constant buzz instead of a soundtrack. It's only on when I play videos or music. since I can't go back to OS 9.0.2, I'm up the creek. What can I do?

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
