Thunderbolt Display flash screen problem

Hi,

My Thunderbolt Display connect to MacBookPro & MacBookAir it happens flash screen like the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxMb3v_LN0Q & https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5DKVNWiRkQ and I have many bad experiences like that.

A few days ago I took the Display to the Apple Authorized Service and Repair Center at RD.Jhong-Jheng in Hsin-Chu of Taiwan.

They told me that fix LCD module price was nt$ 31000 eventually. It's almost 88% price of buying a brand new Thunderbolt Display.

I come here for help if I could fix by following the ifixit web page and which component should I try first ?

My MBP was no VGA recall problem after they ran the VGA testing programs.

(they means the Apple Authorized Service and Repair Center at RD.Jhong-Jheng in Hsin-Chu of Taiwan)
