Q: New iPhone 6S caught in a loop when attempting to sign-in to iCloud. iPhone continually loads incorrect email address, then asks for password. This (of course) will never work. Cannot get correct email address updated in personal 'profile'!

Using iPhone 6S, am caught in login loop, when attempting to sign-in to iCloud. iPhone continually loads incorrect (old/deleted) email address, then asks for password. This combination (of course) will never work. Cannot get correct email address updated in personal 'profile'! So the "loop" continues. Appreciate suggestions. Thank you.

Contacted Apple Tech Support. Issue cleared up, all good. 'Find My iPhone' App was populated with old 'Notification' email address. I had 'changed' the 'Notification' email online using another device! Obviously, I had been using the wrong email address (I was using my Apple ID 'Notification' email address) as 'username' in 'Find My iPhone.' This error caused the loop. Important to remember to use your 'Primary' Apple ID email address as the proper 'username' in 'Find My iPhone.' Very important.

So, if you plan to 'change' your 'Primary' Apple ID email address/username >>> PLEASE turn 'Find My iPhone' OFF > first! Before you edit your 'Primary' Apple ID! Very, very important. Once you have changed your Apple ID 'Primary' email address; don't forget to return to 'Find My iPhone' and update your 'username' (using your new/updated Primary email address)!

If you would rather, this issue is best guided by Apple Tech Support. A truly 'good' experience!
