quite often I can't access the 3G network which means no data even if there's coverage on the iphone
the problem is only on the data as voice/ telephone works normally

For that you have to contact your cellular provider and ask them why.
Unfortunately is not that one , did already . the problem is that sometime works and sometimes even if I have coverage I can't download any data , but the telephone to make phone calls works normally

What data are you speaking of?
Note you cannot download apps that is more than 100 MB using cellular data.
I might told wrongly . basicall I can't access to any data , I can't access to my email , 3G doesn't work
Then you really have to talk to your cellular provider and make sure it's provision properly.
