Q: Can you use two different Apple IDs to back up iPhone on one MacBook Air?

I back up my iPhones to my MacBook Air using my Apple account.  Can my daughter back up her iPhone on the same MacBook Air but using her Apple account and not mine?  I want to do this so she can migrate from iPhone 4 to new iPhone 6.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.1

    Hello there Tony_K,

It sounds like you want your daughters phone to be able to backup to your computer and she uses her own Apple ID. Backing up to iTunes on your computer does not require you to have an Apple signed into on the phone or the computer, so that will not be an issue at all. I would however recommend that she transfer her purchases to your library so that in the even that a restore from that backup is needed her content will come back as well:

Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad or iPod to a computer

Also she can still backup to iCloud directly with the device as well as having that backup on your computer:
