Q: iPhone 6s Plus Camera Not Working

It was my main camera for all my kids' pictures, etc. I upgraded to the 6S plus thinking I will be getting an even better camera - wrong it's been horrible. All the pictures I took of my kids on Halloween trick or treating are blurry... those are moments I can't get back

if the link doesn't help and you want it fixed now, then schedule an appointment with the genius bar and take your phone into the Apple store and have it examined.

Suggest you backup your phone first before going in.

I am having very similar issues, more difficult to capture kids (without blur) with this phone as opposed to the 5s I used to have.  The quality and grainy-ness of the photos is worse than my wife's iPhone 6.

Thanks for the reply!  I was hoping to avoid that but it might be something I have to do since it is so tough to get clear picture.
