Q: Why can I not here the audible book that I purchased through iBooks?

I purchased an audible book from iBooks store but after it downloaded I cannot hear any of the material being read. It is like the book is just a shell with no substance? Any suggestions or I would like a refund.

You still get sound on other audiobooks that you have in the Music app and/or in other apps ? If you do (and you've also tried closing the iBooks app via the phone's taskbar and doing a soft-reset of the phone) then contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
