I having trouble converting my account from America to Saudi Arabia,
Previously I was able switching between them, but now I can't do that because it asks me to enter the number of the visa,
what is the reason? And why ask me that? 😟

You are being asked to enter payment details because you are changing countries, it's a way of checking that you have a valid billing address in that country. You should be able to remove your card's details after entering it

When you change the country or region of an existing Apple ID, you must provide a payment method and update your billing options. If you want to remove your payment method after you change the country or region, you can change your payment information to None.
