Q: General error message on second clip
Hi.
I'm importing .mov files into my FC7, First clip in timeline is ok, I can edit, but when I put a second clip into the timeline, I get the "General error!" message.
What is wrong? What can I do to fix it?

What is the codec you are importing? H.264? MP4? FCP doesn't like H.264 nor MP4, and that's just one of the issues that can arise when you try to import or use them.
