Q: Apple Pay bank card graphic design wrong in ios 9.1

After removing and updating my expired card with the new replacement card  the card graphic dosen't match the actual card design anymore.

It shows as  activated with apple pay and the bank but is now a simple gray default design look.   I removed the old card from apple pay since it was expired,

was the correct method just to modify the exp date and code?  In any event how can this graphic be fixed as I do look for the gold card that is now not present

anymore...

Thanks

John

    Hi John

It is best to check with your bank before deleting an expiring card that is being replaced. The bank may automatically associate your replacement card with the existing Device Account Number, leaving you able to continue using the same card account via Apple Pay without needing to do anything yourself.

Otherwise, it may be necessary for you to remove the original card and add the new one separately (as you have already done), as it is not possible to edit either the card's expiry date or security code yourself. Only your bank can confirm which method applies.

You can let Apple know about the issue with your card graphic here:
