Q: when i call people on my phone i cant hear the caller and the caller cant hear me. what do i do?

Whenever I call someone on my phone, I never hear it ring. Also when the person picks up. I wont be able to hear them and the caller apparently isnt able to hear me. what do i do?

iPhone 5c, iOS 9.1
