I just bought the iPhone 6s Plus Unlocked version from apple. I need to set the VPN settings for Metro PCS so my sim will work. Does anyone have any idea where I can find these or know them?

Sorry, but I don't think you're clear on what VPN is. So unless you're trying to connect to a private corporate network, then you don't need any VPN settings.
No. A VPN has nothing to do with carrier settings.
Unless you work for MetroPCS and are wanting to access their corporate LAN, printers, etc.., the VPN settings are not something you need.
VPNs are not related to cell service at all.
