i cant sign in my apple id in my iphone 6s

why when i want sign in my apple id in my iphone 62 it says cant connect to app store?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1

Hi

Go to itunes main page bottom of page Apple ID

Sign out then Sign back in .
