Q: My iPhone 4 Apps are crashing and not working

I understand that you are having issues with the some of the apps on your iPhone. Let's see if we can get it sorted out.
You will want to start with restarting your iPhone and test those apps again to see if the artwork and apps launching properly clears up. If it doesn't, check for any updates on your iPhone which for yours would be iOS 7.1.2. You may also have some luck deleting the apps and downloading them again. now i did all what u said except downloading the latest IOS which is 7.1.2
My i Tunes on the PC says that its available,so i will try it and tell you if its solved
