My iPhone 4 Apps are crashing and not working

My iPhone 4 Apps Are Crashing. (running IOS 7.0.6)
once i click on it and some of my apps icons (Whats App, Retrica, Candy Camera and subway surfers) is not the app icon and its like the target logo in snipping games.

Even Candy Camera i've just downloaded it , and it got downloaded not working.

but Subway Surfers sometimes work and get its icon back and sometimes doesnt work.

some of other apps have the icons but auto crash on starting it.

my iPhone is going like that for about 1:2 months

any help ?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.6, 16GB Storge

Hey DeshazZ,
I understand that you are having issues with the some of the apps on your iPhone. Let's see if we can get it sorted out.
You will want to start with restarting your iPhone and test those apps again to see if the artwork and apps launching properly clears up. If it doesn't, check for any updates on your iPhone which for yours would be iOS 7.1.2. You may also have some luck deleting the apps and downloading them again. Take a look at the articles below for more in depth details to get you back up and running with your apps.

First of all,Thx norm123 for replaying for my question.

now i did all what u said except downloading the latest IOS which is 7.1.2

My i Tunes on the PC says that its available,so i will try it and tell you if its solved 🙂
