Nov 4, 2015 12:30 PM in response to Psakalaby Michael Black,There is nothing that you can do. Apple will help the originally owner to recover their password, but they won't talk to you as you are not the owner of record of the device that is activation locked. Tell the original owner to call Apple support and ask them for help recovering their AppleID used for their iCloud login. Only the original owner can remove activation lock so they are the one who needs to talk to Apple.

Nov 4, 2015 12:59 PM in response to Psakalaby Briansyddall,Hi
You are not talking to Apple nobody hear works for Apple this is just a forum for users
Of Apple products and we try to help with software problems .
But with out knowing the apple ID ipad is locked to the only thing you can do is to get
Your money back you will NOT be able to use with unknown accivation lock
The only thing the owner can do is go to iforgot.apple.com
You cannot do this it must be the first owner .
Cheers

Actually i was helping the original owner to recover his apple ID, but he can't remember his recovery email address. Not even the security questions to helps us recover, so i was wondering wether they can help us recover or unlock "Find my IPad" for us.
I Haven't found a way of talking to them. If you know of any link, please help me.
THANKS

Nov 5, 2015 11:27 AM in response to Psakalaby Michael Black,If the original owner cannot retrieve their account info at iforgot.apple.com they can call Apple at the "contact us" link at the bottom of this web page and ask for help. Or, the original owner can take the device itself and documented proof of their original purchase to Apple for help removing activation lock.
As I said, Apple is not going to discuss this with you but solely with the original owner - they are the only one who can get help with this.
