I have a friend who is interested in signing up to Apple Music with Family Sharing so that his daughter can get music, apps, etc on her iPhone and iPod Touch, but he uses a PC and an Android phone (yeah, I know ...). Is it possible for him to set up Family Sharing on either of these devices, as he obviously wants to be the lead member.
