    Please be more specific when you say Live Photos isn't working. Do you mean that it won't record Live Photo? Because you should be able to tap on the Live Photo (sun) icon in the top-center to enable it. When it's enabled, the Live Photo icon will be yellow. Or do you mean that it records the photo, but the photo isn't animated? Are you able to take regular photos and videos? This article may be helpful:
