itunes radio buffering

Recently upgraded to Tunes 12.3.1.23 on Windows 10. My internet connection rate is 135Mbps. When playing Internet Radio thru iTunes, it keeps rebuffing and often stops. This did not occur in version 11.x. What can I do to fix the issue?
