Can I pay with an outside US credit card?
I want to buy the IP6s from Argentina and send it to a friend in the US, but I don´t know if my credit card has to be a US one or if I can use one from another country. Please help.

No, you cannot. Check the terms for payment options for the USA web store. You MUST pay with a USA based form of payment linked to a USA billing address. All Apple web stores require country specific methods of payment. In the USA the Apple web store is required by law to collect tax on all sales, and taxes are determined by the USA billing address of your payment method.
