Q: My iphone5 stopped receiving network since yesterday morning. It kept writing searching at the top left corner. I also tried removing the sim but it still kept writing searching. Please help me

my iPhone 5 stoped receiving network yesterday morning. It kept writing ''searching' at the top left corner. I also tried removing the sim, when I removed it, the phone didn't write SIM card removed, it still wrote ''searching''

Hi
Try a Reboot press & hold power button& menu button hold both down
Until you see Apple logo this can take 30 seconds .
Then go to settings- iCloud - backup now .
Then settings - General - software update to 9.1 over your WiFi .
