Nov 4, 2015 11:46 AM in response to downsandby jimkraz,Just a thought, I always right/click iTunes icon and startup as admin as I was having problems transferring etc, this has only occurred in Windows 10, there is a big update coming later this month to Windows 10, but in the mean time running as admin solves problems.
