Q: The person who activated the account can't be found. I have no way to reach them. How can I reset it without asking for the activation? .

Someone activated my account and my iPad was reserved I can't reach that person anymore, My iPad is added to the account and has to be removed I have to enter the Apple ID and password but I don't know it, I also can't reach that person anymore how do I reset the iPad all new again without entering the ID

    If you’re the device’s original owner, you can take it and its purchase receipt to a physical Apple Store.

    If the Apple ID in question is yours, you can click here and contact Apple’s Account Security team.

    If neither of the above applies, you can’t.

    You cannot, unless you were the person who originally purchased and you have the original receipt. Your iPad is locked by an Activation Lock, and you have to type in the password of the ID that the device is locked to to remove it. If you cannot reach the person who signed in to iCloud on your device, then you have a brick.
