Apple TV NBA app is 'unavailable'

Our NBA app (worked perfectly last season) now says "NBA app is unavailable. please try again later"

I have done a factory reset of the apple tv and that made the app work for one game and then (after turning the tv off) it had the same error message as before.

I am getting really over doing a factory reset to watch any games.. all the software is up to date.

help please!

I too have this issue - not what you want during the playoffs! Apple, what is the solution?

What version ATV, what software?

You may just need to restart ATV (not reset to factory settings) to get a clean start.

If it's ATV 4, you can delete and reinstall the app.

This is likely a problem for the app implementer, not Apple. You might check NBA support.
