Q: icloud show incorrect available space

hello,

 

I have used only 2.3GB of data on my 5gb iCloud account, but is says I only have 161mb available.  Anyone else showing a discrepancy?  Anyone know how to get this corrected?FullSizeRender.jpgFullSizeRender2.jpg

    Hi djkenishii,

    I understand that you are seeing a discrepancies on what is taking up space on your iCloud storage. Let's see if we can figure out what is going on. 

    I would take a look at the other things take up storage. Based off of your screenshot, you are also taking up 1.3 GB's of data towards Documents & Data. Also keep in mind that if you are using an email that ends in @mac, @me or @icloud, then that would be taking up space on your iCloud storage.
