Q: HOW TO FIND NONE in payment for apple ID

i try to helt a friend to register an Appel ID - he has none credit cards...and its NEAR IMPOSSIBLE to do that.. I can register easy but as soon u want to download an free app.. Appel ask for Credit Card.. and IMPOSSIBLE TO CHOSE    "NONE"!!!!
