Calendar Icon on PC doesn't open that service, only the default iCloud page in IE and Safari

Hi everyone, I just installed the latest version of iCloud for PC (2015-10), but the icons in the folder now do not open the respective service, but just to the default iCloud page in IE and Safari.

In my case I had added the calendar icon into my startup folder on my PC, so when I start my computer, the calendar automatically starts up so I can see my schedule straight away. This worked before the update. Can anyone help?
