how to unlock iphone 5s? forgot icloud id. i need help? imei:**************

hi, i m Karan,

i have purchased a pre owned iphone 5s, imei: ************ from bangalore, india, before 8 months in working condition from my friend. now it is locked and asking for icloud id and passward.... I asked the pre-owner but he also don't know the proper details.... i & he both also asked our friends who used or may added the icloud but no one knows...... the bill is also missing... i tried for new bill not shop is not there..... Researched alot but no result.............

in this case what shoud i do ?????????? / new youtube of flushing it.............

plz help me..... sort it out.........

Your phone is useless brick without this id.

You need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.

You can try to recover the Apple ID at FORGOT APPLE ID. The person whose ID is signed in would need to go to that link, and try to recover the ID, then answer their Security Questions. If they don't know the answers to the Security Questions they can contact Apple Support to have them reset:

ACCOUNT SECURITY CONTACT

But only the person whose ID is signed on can do this.

No, you have a paper weight if you can't get the previous owner to remove iCloud lock.

Without the credentials of the previous owner, the phone is useless to you. There is no way to bypass Activation Lock.

Neither Apple or anyone on these forums can help you with this.
